Welcome to Unsend ("we," "our," "us"). Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our application ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
By accessing or using Unsend, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the App, including users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors.
Unsend is a super app that provides users with integrated communication tools, including chat and email functionalities within the same platform. Our services aim to facilitate seamless interaction, collaboration, and communication among users.
Registration: To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Content: Post, upload, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable.
Intellectual Property: Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
Security: Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or its related systems or networks.
Disruption: Interfere with the proper functioning of the App or any activities conducted on the App.
Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you create and share through the App. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, and display your content within the App.
Our Content: All content provided by us, including software, design, text, graphics, and other materials, is owned by Unsend Inc or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the practices outlined in the Privacy Policy.
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.
Disclaimer: The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unsend Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the App.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Unsend Inc, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
As Unsend is available on the Apple App Store, you agree to comply with all applicable Apple App Store Review Guidelines and policies. This includes, but is not limited to, adhering to Apple's requirements regarding user data privacy, app functionality, and content standards. We reserve the right to modify or update our App to comply with any changes in Apple’s policies.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of these changes by updating the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, by providing additional notice (such as adding a statement to the homepage of the App or sending you a notification). Continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
